Family Vacations Everyone Actually Enjoys
Multi-generational travel coordination from toddlers to grandparents, all without the stress of managing it yourself.
Let’s Explore
The Family Travel Challenge
You want to bring everyone together. Grandparents, parents, teenagers, toddlers—everyone in one place making memories.
But coordinating a trip that works for a three-year-old AND a sixteen-year-old AND grandma? That’s where weeks of research turn into frustration. Everyone has different needs, different energy levels, and different ideas of fun.
Family travel planning can be challenging, but when it comes together, the memories are worth it.
Popular Family Destinations
Caribbean All-Inclusive Resorts
Beaches Resorts is Sandals’ family-focused brand, and it’s my top recommendation for multi-generational Caribbean travel. Three spectacular properties in Negril and Turks & Caicos.
What makes Beaches work for families:
- Complimentary kids’ clubs with activities by age group (including a Sesame Street partnership)
- Water parks and pools designed for different ages
- All-inclusive pricing so there are no surprise costs mid-trip
- Family villas, suites, and connecting room options
- Adults can enjoy Sandals-level luxury while kids are entertained
Beyond Beaches, I work with family-friendly all-inclusives across the Caribbean and beyond. If this is your speed, let’s talk about it.

Theme Parks
Disney World, Disneyland, and Universal Studios require strategic planning to avoid overwhelm. I coordinate lodging transfers, park tickets, dining reservations, and timing so your family experiences the magic without the stress.
Theme park planning includes:
- Park ticket options and add-ons explained clearly
- Optimal park strategies based on your family’s ages and interests
- Dining reservation coordination (character meals book up fast)
- Resort selection and room requests
Cruises & Ocean Adventures
Cruising lets families find their own adventures during the day and gather together for meals and evenings. Royal Caribbean is my top recommendation for families since they are packed with family-friendly activities like rock climbing, surfing simulators, and kids’ programs by age group.
Family cruise planning includes:
- Shore excursion guidance for family-friendly ports
- Ship and itinerary selection based on your kids’ ages
- Cabin category and location recommendations

FAQ About Family Travel
What age ranges do you typically coordinate?
I’ve planned trips for families with newborns through great-grandparents in their 80s. The key is understanding what each age group needs and finding destinations that genuinely accommodate everyone, including the kids.
Can you find activities for teenagers AND toddlers on the same trip?
Absolutely. This is actually my specialty. The right resort has programming for different age groups that’s genuinely engaging. Teenagers need independence and activities designed for them, not being lumped in with “kids’ club” stuff. Toddlers need safe, supervised environments. I find properties that do both well.
How do you handle different budgets within a family group?
Every family member can choose their own room category. We may book family suites for those who want space, standard rooms for adults traveling lighter, and upgraded oceanfront for grandparents celebrating. I coordinate the logistics between parties.
Do you work with family reunions?
Yes. I regularly coordinate groups as large as 20 people. Family reunions are actually one of my favorite things to plan. The logistics can be challenging to get right, but when it comes together, the memories are worth it.
